My children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 1John 3:18So many times we get caught up in what we do, and we stop examining how we do it. When God tells us to love in deed and in truth, it means that what we do has to be with a sincere heart, not to gain approval, not to impress others, not out of obligation, but out of our deep appreciation to our God.
May we ask God to examine our motives and purify them, may we be more in tune with Him every day!
